29 January: Vince Clarke 3D Audioscape at The Royal Albert Hall

A sound installation created by Vince Clarke and Martyn Ware will be featured at the forthcoming 3D Soundclash event at London's Royal Albert Hall on February 18th between 8pm and midnight.

The event comes courtesy of the Red Bull Music Academy whose website gives more information...

'With 3D Audioscape – developed by Martyn Ware’s company Future Of Sound alongside fellow synth pop legend Vince Clarke of Depeche Mode, Yazoo, and Erasure fame – you can literally control sound in all kinds of three-dimensional parameters. From left to right, front to back, and over and under: think some kind of audio version of Avatar.'

11 January: Vince Clarke's remix of Space Cowboy's 'Falling Down' released on 'Electro Pioneers EP'

Lady GaGa collaborator and DJ Space Cowboy will release the 'Electro Pioneers EP' in the USA on January 12th. The digital release features songs from Space Cowboy's 'Digital Rock Star' album remixed by Vince Clarke, Thomas Dolby and Howard Jones.

4 January: Vince Clarke interview online at Clash Music

A 'Personality Clash' piece featuring Vince Clarke in conversation with Hercules & Love Affair's Andy Butler has been published at the CLASH MUSIC website... it's a great read but slightly odd timing in that the conversation seems to have taken place before the Yazoo reunion tour in 2008...

4 January: Total Pop! voted best hits package of 2009 by Italian website

Italian website SPL80 has voted Erasure's 'Total Pop!' release the best compilation release of 2009.

4 January: Great US review for The Innocents

The Salt Lake Under Ground Magazine (affectionately known as the SLUG!) has published a great REVIEW of the deluxe edition of The Innocents which was released in the US in December.

The album is available on CD in the US from all good retailers including AMAZON and iTUNES
