General Policy
As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from users of this website. In the event that any personally identifiable data about visitors is collected, then that information is only collected on a voluntary basis, and it is only made available to the Erasure Information Service.

Personally identifiable information may be collected by the Erasure Information Service when website visitors voluntarily provide this information when subscribing to the Erasure E-Mail Newsletter.
Each E-Mail Newsletter contains instructions on how to discontinue receipt of the newsletter.
All such personal information is retained by the Erasure Information Service and is not sold or otherwise transferred to third parties unless required by law or by court/governmental order to disclose such information in a particular circumstance.

The Erasure Forum requires a valid email address for the registration process to be completed successfully. In addition, the Erasure Forum uses "cookies" to store forum preferences.
